Japan Automatic Machine announces the launch of its fully automatic terminal crimping machine with IoT technology, developed in collaboration with Business Engineering Corporation.
Japan Automatic Machine Co., Ltd. (Head office: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President: Masafumi Mizuno; hereafter ‘J.A.M.’) and Business Engineering Corporation (Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President: Masakazu Haneda; hereafter ‘B-EN-G’) have announced that J.A.M. will start selling a fully automatic crimping machine incorporating B-EN-G’s operation monitoring system from the end of January 2025. This product is an innovative solution that will make it easier for wire processing manufacturers to acquire and analyze machines’ operating data that will enable them to improve productivity through predictive maintenance of the machines and optimum allocation of plant employees.
Prior to this, J.A.M. will be exhibiting at the 39th INTERNEPCON Japan, an electronics manufacturing and packaging technology exhibition to be held at Tokyo Big Sight for three days from 22 (Wed) to 24 (Fri) January 2025, where the product will be demonstrated.
